According to the image, in the Customer or Lead data you can enter the reference customer code in the “BP Channel Code” field. When creating a sales document for a specific customer or lead, the names of the BP channel and the person in question are automatically filled in the respective fields:

From its functionality, you can assign a BP channel to a specific document as needed. This way, youll be able to track customer satisfaction and provide special offers, discounts, etc. As well as, understand which indirect sales channels the company uses.
